Yoga for Heart
Yoga calms the mind and strengthens the body. It helps to lower stress, anxiety, cholesterol and sugar levels. This was confirmed by a research conducted by Harvard Medical School in 2014. Recently the British Heart Foundation has strongly recommended yoga for people living with heart diseases. Indian heart journal and American heart association have endorsed that Yoga, when performed on a regular basis has shown to reduce heart attacks and increase the life span of patients.

We have rehabilitation programs for patients who have undergone angioplasty or bypass surgery. These practices are strictly performed under the supervision of a yoga therapist who specialises in yoga for heart diseases.
